Ballarat Diocese Catholic Principals Conference August 14/15 2025
The combined networks of Ballarat South, Ballarat North and Ballarat Central invite sponsors to attend their conference in Horsham on Thursday and Friday the 14th and 15th of August 2025 ( IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO SET UP STANDS THE DAY BEFORE FROM 3.45 P.M )

There are approximately 57 Schools in this network which runs from the Southern coast of Victoria to the Murray River covering Western Victoria.
We expect a large attendance as this is a Catholic Education Office Archdiocese Event run and attendance is expected. Members of the Catholic Education Office will also be in attendance.
NOTE…THIS EVENT IS ONLY HELD EVERY TWO YEARS. ( The next Event of this kind will not be held again until 2027 )
This Region covers a wide arc of the state from Warrnambool through to Mildura and includes Schools in Warnambool schools ( 3 ) , Port Fairy, Hamilton, Colac ( x 2 ), Creswick, Camperdown, Mortlake, Ballarat East, Clarkes Hill, Mildura ( 3) , Swan Hill , Charlton, Warracknabeal, Horsham, Coragulac, Gordon, Ballarat ( 3 ), Sebastopol , Koroit, Lucas, Wendouree, etc. There are some hidden gems in this Diocese, such as Mildura where there are over 1,000 children in Catholic Schools. Warrnambool (3 schools) in the South is also very similar.
This is a Conference Event and will include Gold ,Silver and Bronze Sponsors ONLY.
Day one of this Conference for Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors will be held on Thursday 14th August.
SPECIAL NOTE…..SPONSORS CAN COME UP AND SET UP TABLES THE AFTERNOON BEFORE ( that is Wednesday the 13th ) IF YOU WISH BUT NOT BEFORE 3.45 P.M. THE CENTRE CLOSES AT 5.00 P.M AND SPONSORS MUST BE SET UP BY THIS TIME. OTHERWISE SET UP TIME WILL BE FROM ABOUT 8.30 ON THURSDAY THE 14TH
The second day – for GOLD SPONSORS ONLY will be on Friday 15th August. The Venue is The Horsham Church Of Christ Centre 91 River Road Horsham. It is a relatively new complex and is very accommodating. We at GM have run Events there before and know it well. There will be 2 Exhibition Sessions and Raffle time at the end.
PLEASE NOTE….A RAFFLE WILL ALSO BE HELD ….SO BRING ALONG A PRIZE.
Gold Sponsorship is open to 5 Only and covers attendance for both days as well as 5 Mins Speaking Rights and a Trade Stand, Cost $2500 plus GST .
Note the Friday For Gold Sponsors Covers One Morning Exhibition only as the Event concludes at Lunchtime.
Silver Sponsors All Day Thursday (12 ONLY) Trade Stand for full attendance and Small Speaking Rights
Bronze Sponsors ARE REQUIRED FOR THE Morning Session Only – Trade Stand , BUT ARE ALSO welcome to stay for the lunch session and then return home. A Maximum Of 10 for the Thursday Only . Bronze Raffle Prizes are to be Pre-Drawn and the GM Team will present Prizes on your behalf at the end of the day. Brochures in Satchels.
THERE WILL BE AT LEAST 3 SESSIONS ON DAY ONE…THIS WILL COVER MORNING TEA , LUNCH AND THE RAFFLE Time at the End Of the Day. ( NOTE THE 3 SESSIONS ARE FOR GOLD AND SILVER ONLY, BRONZE SPONSORS WILL PRE-DRAW THEIR RAFFLE PRIZE BEFORE DEPARTING AND WILL RETURN HOME )

SPONSORS MAY CHOOSE TO COME UP ON WEDNESDAY MAY 13th of August AND WILL NEED TO MAKE THEIR OWN ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS. ( THERE MAY BE A 1 HOUR WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY TO SET YOUR STALL UP ON THE WEDNESDAY ( SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY ) AND SPONSORS WILL BE ADVISED OF THIS CLOSER TO THE EVENT.
