IN 2024 WE WELCOME BACK THE OUTHERN ADMIN OFFICERS ( SCHOOL SECRETARIES AND BURSARS )…This is the first time since pre covid and its great to hear that the group has reformed for 2024.

We are once again proud to announce and engage with the Southern Administration Officers and Bursars again for their Regional Conference Event  to be held Tuesday May 14th 2024

THE VENUE IS THE DINGLEY INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

This  Region consists of approximately 65  Schools covering the South East Network , the Peninsula Network and the South Central Network. Some of these schools include, Aspendale, Armidale, Malvern, Endeavour Hills, Sorrento, Brighton, Hampton, Highett, Keysborough, Sandringham, Beaumaris, Dandenong schools, Noble Park, Hampton Park Mornington Mt Eliza, Chelsea, Beaumaris, Elsternwick, Cheltenham and Springvale etc

Arrival time for set up 10.00  a.m. This will be our Traditional Trade Day / Market Place Event.  DON’T FORGET THE ALL IMPORTANT RAFFLE PRIZE.

AT THIS POINT IN TIME OUR TRADE DAY MORNING TEA WILL NOT COMMENCE UNTIL 11.30 a.m.  TO BE CONFIRMED AT A LATER DATE.

OFTEN THE SECRETARY OR SCHOOL BURSAR IS THE FIRST PORT OF CALL IN A SCHOOL and many do have influential roles.

Their roles vary from school to school but often make budget decisions and are a ” go to person ” for Office Materials, Furniture, I T, Maintenance, Cleaning, Dental Services, Emergency Teachers and or Casual Relief Replacement Teachers, Administration Packages, Schools Records and Filing, First Aid, etc
